Founded in 2013, by David Charlon, MA, Family First began as a small team of BCBAs and behavior technicians dedicated to providing high-quality behavior analytic services to individuals on the autism spectrum. What started with a passion for helping families has since grown into a multidisciplinary team offering a wide range of therapeutic services, including social groups, school consultation, infant development, and applied behavior analysis (ABA).

We believe in the power of connection—linking individuals and families to form sub-communities where fears can be shared, stress can be relieved, and victories, big or small, can be celebrated together.
