Leadership Rooted in Clinical Excellence & Family Care

At the heart of Family First is a women-led leadership team that blends clinical expertise with strategic business insight.

Our CEO and Director of Operations are both practicing Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) who bring years of hands-on experience in the field of developmental services. Their combined vision drives Family First’s mission to empower families, support professionals, and build stronger, more inclusive communities.

Having a deep understanding of both clinical practice and business, they ensure our services are not only evidence-based and family-centered, but also operationally sound and scalable—meeting the real-world needs of children, families, and professionals alike.
